Please note that all of our bakes are homemade, and we are only human, so mistakes can happen.
If anything is wrong with your order, please contact me on 07496882757, and I will be happy to either refund or replace the item.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for damaged items after 24 hours after delivery, so please ensure you thoroughly check all items upon delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
I do have a through cleaning procedure in place, however, due to being a home bakery, I cannot not guarantee that any of my products wont have traces of any of the major allergens.
