What you will need: 115g Very Soft Butter 1 Medium Egg Greaseproof Paper 2 Baking Trays 1 Mixing Bowl Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 180C, 160C Fan or Gas mark 4. Put greaseproof paper on both baking trays and put to one side. Add the Butter, Egg and Bottle ingredients into a bowl. Mix it all together until a dough is formed. Divide the dough into 8 balls and place them onto your baking trays. Pop them in the oven and bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the oven, cool and then enjoy.
