Salted Caramel Blondie Mix Instructions (Old & New Design)

What you will need:

  • 200g Melted Butter
  • 3 Medium Eggs
  • Greaseproof Paper
  • 9x9 inch Tin
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C, 160C Fan or Gas mark 4.
  2. Put Greaseproof paper in your Tin.
  3. Add the Butter, Eggs and Bottle ingredients into a bowl.
  4. Mix it all together until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Pour the batter into your tin.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes (There should be a slight wobble in the middle, with golden brown edges)
  7. Remove from the oven, cool and set in fridge (ideally overnight).
  8. Enjoy!

You can pop your Blondies in the fridge for an hour or so after they have cooled, to give them a fudgy texture.

They will last 4-5 days in an airtight container. Or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
