Mini Egg Brownie Mix Instructions
What you will need:
- 150g Melted Butter
- 2 Medium Eggs
- Greaseproof Paper
- 9x9 inch Tin
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180C, 160C Fan or Gas mark 4.
- Put Greaseproof paper in your Tin.
- Add the Butter, Eggs and Bottle ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix it all together until a smooth batter is formed.
- Pour the batter into your tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, cool and then enjoy.
They will last 4-5 days in an airtight container. Or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
