Mini Egg Brownie Mix Instructions

What you will need:

  • 150g Melted Butter
  • 2 Medium Eggs
  • Greaseproof Paper
  • 9x9 inch Tin
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Instructions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180C, 160C Fan or Gas mark 4.
  2. Put Greaseproof paper in your Tin.
  3. Add the Butter, Eggs and Bottle ingredients into a bowl.
  4. Mix it all together until a smooth batter is formed.
  5. Pour the batter into your tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, cool and then enjoy.

They will last 4-5 days in an airtight container. Or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
