Biscoff Blondie Mix Instructions (Old & New Design)

What you will need:
- 200g Melted Butter
- 3 Medium Eggs
- Greaseproof Paper
- 9x9 inch Tin
- 1 Mixing Bowl
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 180C, 160C Fan or Gas mark 4.
- Put Greaseproof paper in your Tin.
- Add the Butter, Eggs and Bottle ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix it all together until a smooth batter is formed.
- Pour the batter into your tin.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes (There should be a slight wobble in the middle, with golden brown edges)
- Remove from the oven, cool and set in fridge (ideally overnight).
- Enjoy!
You can pop your Blondies in the fridge for an hour or so after they have cooled, to give them a fudgy texture.
They will last 4-5 days in an airtight container. Or can be frozen for up to 3 months.
